From Memorial Day to Father’s Day

From Memorial Day to Father’s Day
May ended with Memorial Day and June gives us pause to honor our fathers both dead and alive, who have lived remarkable lives and continue to give reasons to contemplate fatherhood. Kalman is worthy of being honored on both days.
Kalman lives through our book. His life demonstrates hardship and endurance, selflessness and gratitude. It is timely.
Kalman’s life story is worth reading, pondering, and remembering.
“This story was so interesting, absolutely heartbreaking, and just truly remarkable. It really made me think about how you never truly know what some people have been through in their lives.”
The latest review applies not only to our book, but to our journey, and to the journeys of others.
From the foreword written by Kathryn A. Broyles, PhD, MDiv, MA:
“It is a testimony to moral courage. It is a reminder that America has always held the promise of freedom – even as she’s failed in realizing her promise fully from time to time. And it is a history of the mundane in a sense – a history of the daily – a reminder of the stories we all have and which we can clearly see in this tome. It all matters! Kalman matters. His life mattered. His family is not unlike our families, and his story … becomes a story that invites us all to revisit our roots and to not let ourselves off the hook for not knowing our own history, the histories of our nation and the world.
Kalman’s life story encompasses fathers and families.
If you want to read something truly remarkable, read our book.
